Stories that Live in the Body: A Movement & Sharing Circle

Before hobbies had names and before schedules were full, people gathered outside of work and family, they moved together, sang, played, told stories, acted things out, and listened. The body was part of daily life, not something kept aside to work on.

This event brings back that simple idea of gathering. Through easy movement, games, and creative activities, we warm up the body 🤍

Through conversation and sharing, we make space for voices and experiences to meet.

This is not about dance alone: it’s about movement, expression, and being together, the way people always have.
